We are a Honda family that started on a Civic for our college daughter then still drive the 12 yrs. old CRV . On a rainy day of 12/19/25 we visited the Manhasset dealership. A young, polite salesman Day-Win gave us a welcoming smile & mindfully listened to our wants & needs. His gentle approach to guide us on our trail was a fruitful customer relationship. The Manager directed Day-Win to drive us at the Glen Cove lot to check the Pilot trail sport .We were led to narrow our selection instantly & Manager Adolpo who sits by the entrance constantly greets us as we go in & out of the place. He helped us to close the deal by compromised & well explained details of out the door price with incentives . Finally the contract was signed with finance expert Darwin who was ready & got us out in no time .The artistic drawings of his daughter adds a graceful touch to a brain storming day. Thank you Honda for the great service including the guy who cleaned the last Pilot Touring on stock for departure that sunny cold evening !
