4. Continue onto Townline Road/Smithtown Islip Townline Road/NY-347
5. Take the Northern State Pkwy. W ramp using the left two lanes and continue on the Parkway
6. For Shelter Rock Road, take exit 27 toward Manhasset/Searingtown
7. On Shelter Rock Road, turn right
8. Turn onto Northern Blvd. W using the left two lanes
